Description
The Aspen Institute Summit on Inequality & Opportunity, to be held on March 8, 2018, is a one-day gathering in Washington, DC dedicated to nonpartisan dialogue about the widening opportunity gap in the United States. We will convene 400+ policymakers, civic leaders, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and practitioners from all over the country for a day of ideas, problem solving, and values-based exchange. By building on work from around the Institute and the nation, the Summit will elevate the newest research, best practices, policies, and emerging innovations in the fight against poverty and inequality of all kinds, which threaten American families, the economy, and the very functioning of our democracy.
